This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing, storing, and protecting personal data and other information provided by Users (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "You") when using the RawiVPN service, owned by Rawi LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "we", "our").

By using the RawiVPN service, the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy. If you do not agree with its provisions, you must immediately stop using the service.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Operator processes personal data in strict accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and other applicable legislation.
1.2. This Policy applies to all data that the Operator may receive from the User in connection with the use of the RawiVPN service.
1.3. This Policy does not apply to actions and websites of third parties that the User may access through links available in the service interface.

2. Categories of Data Processed

2.1. The Operator does not collect or store any information about the User’s activities on the Internet (including visited websites, destination IP addresses, content of traffic, connection durations, etc.).
2.2. The following information may be processed in the course of the service operation:

Telegram ID and Username (for identification and authorization purposes);
Account identifier (internal technical identifier);
Subscription status data (plan, duration, expiration date);
Payment information (via payment agents; the Operator does not process or store payment card details);
Anonymized technical metadata (e.g., number of connections, server load) — solely for support and service performance monitoring purposes.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

Providing access to the RawiVPN functionality;
Fulfilling contractual obligations between the User and the Operator;
Maintaining technical and informational security of the service;
Maintaining internal accounting and reporting;
Complying with the requirements of applicable Russian law (in cases explicitly provided by law).

4. Data Processing Principles and Protection

4.1. Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, following the principle of data minimization.
4.2. The Operator implements the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.
4.3. All connections between the User’s device and RawiVPN servers are encrypted using modern cryptographic protocols (including but not limited to VLESS, XTLS, TLS, Reality).

5. Data Disclosure to Third Parties

5.1. The Operator does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

With the User’s consent;
Processing payments via accredited payment agents (e.g., YooKassa, etc.);
Upon request from government authorities, in the manner and cases provided for by Russian law.

6. Data Retention Period

6.1. The Operator retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, and for the duration established by applicable Russian law.
6.2. Upon expiration of such periods, personal data shall be deleted or anonymized.
6.3. Upon request, the User’s personal data may be deleted earlier, provided such deletion does not contradict legal requirements or impede the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
6.4. The User may at any time request the deletion of their account and all associated data by submitting a request to the support service.

7. User Rights

The User has the right to:

Receive information about the fact, purposes, and scope of processing of their personal data;
Request correction, blocking, or deletion of their personal data;
Withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data;
Lodge a complaint with the competent authority for personal data protection.

8. Policy Amendments

8.2. Unless otherwise specified in the updated version, all changes take effect from the moment of publication.
