Terms of Use RawiVPN

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using RawiVPN provided by Rawi Ltd. Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

1.1. RawiVPN — software and network resources that provide users with the ability to encrypt traffic and change IP addresses.
1.2. User — an individual who uses RawiVPN.
1.3. Personal information is data that allows you to identify a User, including name, email address, payment information, and other information.
1.4. IP-address — a unique numeric identifier of the device on the Internet.

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the User and Rawi Ltd. regarding the use of RawiVPN.
2.2. Using RawiVPN means that the User fully agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree with any clause of these Terms, he is obliged to stop using RawiVPN.
2.3. Rawi Ltd. reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The changes will take effect from the moment the updated version of the Terms is published on the website: https://rawivpn.ru/usloviya/en

3.1. Access to the VPN Service is provided on a paid basis. You can find out the subscription price and payment methods from the operator in Telegram: RawiVPN
3.2. The subscription is automatically renewed if the User does not cancel it before the end of the current period.
3.3. All payments are made through the Fast Payment System. Rawi Ltd. does not store the data of bank cards and other payment instruments of the User.

4.1. Rawi Ltd. is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of RawiVPN, including, but not limited to, loss of data, violation of confidentiality or unauthorized access to information.
4.2. Rawi Ltd. does not guarantee the continuity of RawiVPN's operations and is not responsible for temporary disruptions or interruptions in the provision of services.

5.1. Rawi Ltd. undertakes to protect Users' personal data in accordance with applicable laws on personal data protection.
5.2. Rawi Ltd. It does not collect or store information about User activity on the Internet, including visited sites, downloaded content and other activity.
5.3. Rawi Ltd. It can collect anonymized statistical data to improve the quality of service and analyze the effectiveness of RawiVPN.

6.1. Users are required to use RawiVPN exclusively for legitimate purposes.
6.2. It is forbidden to use RawiVPN for:

• Violations of copyright and intellectual property.


• Distribution of malicious software.


• Carrying out fraudulent activities.

7.1. Rawi Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the User in case of violation of these Terms or legislation.
7.2. The User has the right to stop using RawiVPN at any time.

8.1. All disputes arising in connection with the use of RawiVPN are resolved through negotiations.

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.3. These Terms may be translated into other languages, however, in case of disagreement, the Russian version will take precedence.
